Education is not just my profession, it is my vocation. For over ten years, I have been deeply committed to teaching students aged 2 to 15 in multilingual, multicultural international schools across Asia.
My career has been rooted in both the American and British education systems. I have taught within the American curriculum from early years through middle school, and for the past three years, I have taught under the British system across Key Stages 1, 2, and 3. This dual-curriculum experience allows me to adapt confidently to different frameworks and student needs.
In my current role as Head of Admissions at British Concordance International School in Thailand, I led a period of strategic growth that increased our student body from 175 to over 350. This success came from careful planning, optimized internal systems, and building strong, trusting relationships with families.
At the same time, I serve as Head of Foreign Languages and ESL. I redesigned our ESL program to be more inclusive, personalized, and aligned with academic goals. I improved scheduling to support collaboration between departments, and I led a summer camp that welcomed over 200 students, helping to expand the school’s reputation.
I speak English, French, and Mandarin Chinese fluently. This allows me to connect naturally with students and families from a wide variety of backgrounds. Whether I am designing student-centered learning experiences or supporting families during the admissions process, I bring empathy, professionalism, and cross-cultural understanding to everything I do.
My leadership style is collaborative and focused on practical outcomes. I mentor teachers, lead cross-department projects, and ensure clear alignment between teaching objectives and operational routines.
I hold a Master’s degree in Education and a university diploma in English instruction. I am currently completing a PGCE, which I expect to finish by May 2026. This is part of my ongoing effort to strengthen my teaching practice in a European context.More...
