In my current role as a Specialist Housing Officer at Brighter Places, I’ve taken on additional responsibilities including producing reports and data visualisations, leading on IT system training, and supporting recruitment by interviewing new candidates. I work closely with agencies, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure processes run smoothly and customers receive a high standard of service. I am also trusted to step into management responsibilities when required, which has further strengthened my organisational and leadership skills.
