I started working in financial services in 1998. In 2001 I became a business analyst by trade and since then have never looked back. My business analyst skills are at the core of everything I do but that core skill set has allowed me to work across a diverse range of roles in change management and, predominantly but not exclusively, financial services over the years. In 2010 I left permanent employment and became a contractor. My clients needs are at the heart of everything I do, but the ability to be direct and honest is paramount.
Over the years I have fulfilled roles as a business analyst, senior business analyst, lead business analyst, change manager, data analyst, solution designer supporting solution architects and engineers and many similar roles. I have a wealth of experience working in large, complex platform migration, integration and implementation projects and programmes; everything from proof of complex stages all the way through to the big go live events and supporting the business through the early days of their new world.
When I'm not putting my heart and soul in to my work and delivering for clients I am a musician. I've been playing bass a lot longer than I've been a business analyst. Music is my passion, the core of my being.
