Dale is a facilitator at the GIA in Board Dynamics and Governance Essentials as part of the Certificate in Governance programme. He is Chair of Eloments, Plant Trust (Secretary) and a director with the Global Governance Initiative (gGi). Dale has also been Chairman of Crisis Support Service Inc, (Suicide Help-Line Victoria & Mensline Australia), Deputy Chair of Norwood (psychiatric services), and a Director of the Men’s Health Alliance and the Australian Contemporary Opera Company (ACOCo). He has sat on several International Boards in both Singapore and India.
Dale is the Managing Director of Bravo Careers, specialising in performance, leadership and career enablement. He is also a Director and Partner for The Agile Director. His team has a wealth of experience in delivering leading edge programs for their clients.
Dale has worked in the Leadership, Governance and Human Resource Management and Development field for more than 30 years, and has delivered career and leadership programs in Australia, India, Singapore, and Malaysia at both Graduate and Executive level including teaching at XLRI in Jamshedpur India..
