Hi, I’m Magda Palmer – a consultant and founder of BRAND OPTIMA studio, with over a decade of hands-on experience in building and scaling fashion and lifestyle brands.

Since the age of 21, I’ve worked across various industries in roles ranging from marketing and trade marketing to purchasing and production, which gave me a strong foundation in both creative and operational aspects of running a business.
I went on to build my own premium lingerie brand from scratch, growing it into an label sold in 10 markets, including a distribution deal for the US. After successfully scaling the brand, I made the decision to sell and shift into a more flexible consulting model – helping other founders do what I did, but faster and with fewer mistakes.
As a production and process optimization expert, I bring over 11 years of deep experience in the lingerie and swimwear industry, specializing in:
- Automating and optimizing production workflows
- Managing complex product ranges (50+ sizes in a single style)
- Working with ethical suppliers and factories across Europe and the UK
- Using AI tools and 3D visualizations to cut time-to-market and streamline decision-making
- Building agile production plans and supporting sustainable product development
- Beyond production, I’ve supported multiple projects in:
- Brand strategy and naming
- E-commerce automation and order fulfillment systems
- Trade fair research, international expansion planning, and finding agents/distributors
Right now, I’m focused on helping early-stage founders and established brands organize, optimize, and scale their operations – whether it’s simplifying production, building a smart distribution network, or using automation to reduce the everyday workload.
