I co-founded a coffee manufacturing business producing Nespresso-compatible capsules, where I handled everything from sourcing and production setup to budgeting, timelines, and execution, eventually leading to a successful sale to a regional coffee company. I also worked as a CFO and operations coordinator in an architectural firm delivering turnkey projects for developers, managing budgets, suppliers, contracts, and day-to-day execution.
