I’m a experienced Early Years Education Consultant, currently consulting for Oxford University to help deliver language intervention. EWEY, my company name, came into being after I chose to leave a 9 year term as a Headteacher, where I leveraged over 2 decades of experience to embed and develop early childhood learning strategies.
Colleagues always remark on my engaging and supportive approach, and I have taken this further through advocation for Early Years in the All Party Parliamentary Group for Maintained Nursery Schools. In recent years I have developed several very well received documents and guides which are now widely used in the Midlands.
