I am a professional with over 17 years in leadership positions and extensive experience as an Entrepreneur and in the areas of Product Management, Sales, and CX. In my most recent role, I served as the Head of Product at BEEDOO Ai_Learning, a Brazilian B2B startup operating in more than 10 countries with over 350,000 users, having previously held the position of Chief Sales Officer. With a strong analytical and organizational sense, I was responsible for structuring the sales and product teams.
I worked at the startup MLABS in the areas of CX, Sales, and Growth, where I implemented growth strategies based on "PLG" increasing the new customer conversion rate by more than 12.5%. I was also a co-founder of the startup SEGGY - formerly WEESEG - where I experienced the entire startup journey, from developing the entire business and product strategy till my exit. In addition, I am currently a partner and board member of Agenzia Mkt, where I acted as a mentor from the conception of the product idea to its first funding round by Anjos do Brasil.
