Rhiannon Carpentier is the Director of Specialized Cost at BC Assessment, where she leads a dynamic team in enhancing property assessment services across British Columbia. With over 13 years of experience in public service, and a passion for innovative leadership, Rhiannon has significantly contributed to modernizing processes and working with key stakeholder groups. She holds a Post Graduate Certification in Property Valuation and a Diploma in Equity, Diversity and Inclusion from the University of British Columbia.
