Active in professional football since 2000, I initially worked as a youth coach before becoming increasingly involved in management and leadership positions since 2006. Currently, I serve as the Head of Youth Professional Teams, where I am responsible for the structural and strategic-organizational development of the academy, as well as the scouting and development of talented players and staff.
My key areas of focus include a commitment to continuous active coaching (UEFA Pro License) combined with management and leadership responsibilities (MBA studies). I am continually expanding opportunities for collaboration with renowned experts in these fields. I have coached and mentored top talents such as Kai Havertz and Kevin Kampl. This work will continue as I support future young players on their journey into professional football.
