I bridge the worlds of regenerative medicine, clinical leadership, executive coaching, and STEM advocacy. I drive pivotal clinical programs, shaping regulatory strategy and ensuring that innovative technologies meet the highest scientific and commercial standards.
With a 25+ year career in healthcare leadership, I have built and led global clinical teams, managed high-stakes regulatory interactions, and executed pre-market and post-market studies for breakthrough devices. From strategic clinical development, due diligence, and acquisitions to study execution and risk mitigation, I thrive in fast-paced, regulated environments where strategic thinking and problem-solving are key.
Beyond my clinical leadership, I am an award-winning author and publisher dedicated to elevating women and girls in science and technology. I lead the Modern Women in STEM Project and am the editor of Determined to Be Extraordinary, a multi-award-winning book featuring 27 inspiring women in STEM from around the world. My mission is to amplify female voices in STEM, providing role models and motivation for the next generation of innovators.
I am also a PCC-level leadership coach, leveraging my deep experience in high-stakes environments to empower leaders to navigate complexity, make bold decisions, and drive impactful results.
