I’m an operations and project management professional with 15+ years of experience working with remote teams and fast-moving digital businesses across eCommerce, SaaS, marketing, and online services.
Most of my career has been spent in founder-led environments where there are always a lot of moving parts, changing priorities, and constant pressure to execute well. That’s actually the type of environment I enjoy most. I like bringing structure, clarity, and calm into busy teams and helping people stay aligned and focused as the business grows.
Over the years, I’ve worked across operations, project delivery, onboarding, customer support, workflow optimization, and cross-functional coordination. A big part of my role has always been turning ideas into action, solving operational bottlenecks, improving communication between teams, and making sure projects keep moving forward.
I’m very comfortable working with international remote teams across different time zones and cultures, and I value direct communication, accountability, collaboration, and practical problem solving. I’m naturally proactive, organized, and hands-on, but I also believe good operations should support people, not slow them down with unnecessary process.
