We live in a world of constant changes, which occur at great speed and scale, the transformation is digital and, above all, cultural. As chef techbology Officer , my role is to define and orchestrate the changes necessary to implement agility and new technologies throughout the organization. I am aware that a digital transformation is not just about creating a group of agile cells and applying a certain framework, implementing cloud or AI, we must understand that it is a transformation in the DNA that impacts all levels. There is not a single area in charge of the transformation, we have to work together, from areas of Planning, Finance, Products, Human Resources, among others. Strengthening a “customer-centric” culture. And that culture is what motivates me on a day-to-day basis: clients are always at the center of our decisions and all employees seek to make their experience the most satisfactory. Working with this agile mindset at all levels in such a large organization and in the banking industry is a challenge.
