Bernadette Fegles is a retired IT professional who has worked as a programmer, developer, designer, technical writer, and technical trainer. Much of her work has involved process and training documentation.
She's also performed as a SharePoint site owner and administrator for multiple sites. In this role, she trained and coached other site owners in best practices, tips and tricks.
