She has held senior roles in globally recognised organisations such as Shell and Avis, with a proven track record of leading large-scale operations, enhancing service delivery models, and driving commercial growth in highly regulated environments.
Her leadership journey includes serving as Executive: Leasing Operations at Avis Southern Africa and Executive Director at Shell Global Customer Services Centre (Pty) Ltd.
