Amr Farouk Fahim is an Engineer with B.Sc. in Engineering,1994. Certified Master Black Belt in Lean Six sigma from (UK) and also hold a Diploma in Total Quality Management (AUC), Train the Trainer Diploma (Cambridge) and currently preparing for the MBA. his capacity is focused on the Operational Excellence, Quality, Evaluation and Planning with 22+ years of experience in Policies / Procedures design (Quality management systems). He had more than 15 years’ Experience in as certified trainer as follows:
1- Former Quality and Operational Excellence trainer (ABB University from 2008 – 2015)
2- Quality and Six Sigma Instructor – American Chamber (Part Time) since 2016 - 2020
3- Quality and Six Sigma Instructor - The Excellence center (Part Time) since 2018
4- Professional Certified Trainer (AUC) 2024

Amr Joined ABB Egypt in 1998 then promoted to be Operational Excellence and Quality Director for the Country and Central Africa Cluster 2010. He was seconded to ABB Head office in Zurich in 2014 to lead internal trade improvement program resulting in approximately 2.5M USD cost savings then moved on to ABB China / Beijing responsible for Asia, Middle East and Africa region as Value Chain Excellence and Evaluation Director. All achievements were strongly correlated with improvement results that strongly impacted other business KPI’s.
