I began my career in 1999 in the fast-moving consumer goods sector, where I developed strong expertise in sales, distribution, and retail management while working with leading multinational FMCG companies. Over nearly two decades, I successfully managed diverse markets, channels, and teams, honing my ability to design customer-centric strategies and deliver sustainable business results.
In 2018, I transitioned into the telecom industry by joining ATOM Myanmar, where I currently serve as Vice President, Head of Retail Channel. In this role, I lead nationwide retail operations, overseeing channel strategy, partner management, and retail transformation initiatives. My focus has been on strengthening ATOMs retail presence, enhancing customer experience, and implementing innovative go-to-market models that support both growth and digital adoption.
