As a QA Engineer at Softhouse, I apply my passion for software testing and my Certified Tester Foundation Level (CTFL) credential to ensure the quality and functionality of various web applications. I work with a team of developers and testers, using necessary tools to perform manual and automated testing, write test documentation, and report bugs and issues.
My academic journey at the Faculty of Information Technologies and International Burch University culminated with a Bachelor's in Computer Software Engineering and an MBA, respectively. The blend of technical acumen and business management insight propels our pursuit of pioneering user-friendly software solutions. I also developed an interest in neuro linguistic programming (NLP), which helps me communicate better and understand people better.
