I have succeeded at Ridecell over a 10-year career by continuing to evolve and adapt to the ever-changing landscape that is technology. I started out developing native iOS applications, quickly moved up to lead the team, and then eventually managed the team. After some time, I moved on to work with the Frontend development team, learning new technologies, engaging with new engineers, and overall growing my skill set. I was quickly promoted to managing that team. Then, I was promoted to run and manage projects with our globally distributed teams, overseeing a team of backend, frontend, and QA engineers. Once we had launched and succeeded in that project, I was once again moved, this time to be a solutions engineer, where I engage directly with customers and work with our product and design teams to ensure our solution is what the customer needs.
