I have more than 16 years of experience in the financial area, leading multidisciplinary teams of up to 10 people. Additionally, I have extensive experience in financial analysis and management, leadership and strategic planning, communication focused on results, and data-driven decision-making. I am also skilled in big data analysis tools and change management tools such as Power BI, as well as training teams at the administrative and financial levels.
