I’m a product leader focused on fintech and platform products. Currently, I lead a fintech product portfolio within a venture builder, where we launch new companies from scratch and validate product hypotheses through a scalable discovery pipeline. Over the past few years, I’ve led 16 product launches through this system, built two profitable companies from zero, and contributed to scaling a portfolio of 9 businesses with a team of over 70 people.
Before that, I was responsible for the buyer payment experience at YooKassa (ex Yandex Checkout), the leading online acquiring platform in Russia with more than 40% market share. I improved payment success rate by 21% and reduced merchant churn by 10 percentage points.
