I have led projects in Latin America and Asia, standing out for my analytical skills, organization, strategic planning and team management, being recognized for my systemic vision and operational efficiency. Throughout my career, I have developed strong skills in stakeholder management and market communication.
Among the many challenges overcome and goals achieved, I would like to highlight: recovering FORD as a customer (OEM) after developing and coordinating the product reengineering; doubling the supply of products manufactured in Asia to Latin America; recovering the profit margins of a product line after managing the cleanup of its portfolio; leading the reorganization and growth of the after-sales team, providing an improvement in customer service indexes (KPI) and consequent increase in revenue; leading the merger and spin-off of operations, based on the company's new global strategy; winning new contracts in bidding processes with companies such as Vale, VW, Mercedes, MAN and GM.More...
