Currently I’m working as a Product Information management specialist for BSH
On daily basis I’m working on SMT ticket system, solving issues with products
incorrectly shown on product pages and managing product data. I’m also responsible for creating and
managing user accounts in our PIM system “Censhare”.
Previously I was responsible for contacting teams working with IT Service Desk regarding performance and improvement of Service Desk agents performance as well as creating and modifying processes on Service Desk and collaboration with other teams ,managing reports and escalations coming to IT service desk quality mailbox
As a training and evaluation specialist I was also responsible for evaluating tickets and chat tickets done by Service Desk Agents, meeting with them to provide feedback regarding their performance and quality of their tasks and how to improve it.More...
