My journey in HR began as a junior, immersed in the fundamental tasks of reviewing CVs and supporting recruitment efforts. These early experiences laid a strong foundation and ignited my passion for HR. As my career progressed, I took on more significant roles, ultimately serving as Group Head of People and Culture. In this capacity, I was responsible for delivering the company’s people strategy, overseeing talent acquisition, employee engagement, leadership development, & succession planning.
In 2021, driven by a desire to build my own business and provide organisations with access to both my operational and strategic expertise, I founded Human Capital HR Consulting. My consultancy enables businesses to navigate the HR landscape effectively, offering tailored solutions to meet their unique needs. I regularly collaborate with HR peers on engagements, & work with clients across various industries, including legal, accounting, health, logistics, and property.
My approach is evidenced based, utilising data and best practice frameworks to seamlessly align HR strategies with overarching business objectives. This ensures that every HR initiative not only meets the immediate needs of the organisation but also supports long-term goals, fostering a cohesive and high-performing work environment.
