Adam Stacey, from Ontario, Canada is a work-from-home husband, proud step-dad, content creator, writer, and mental health advocate. From his home office, Adam has spent many years creating honest, relatable content rooted in real-life experiences. Whether he’s sharing his thoughts online or connecting with others through his platforms, his mission remains the same: to foster open conversations about mental health, healing, and growth. Recently, Adam began writing his first book, a self-help memoir that will explore his personal journey through mental health struggles, including loss, love, sex, anxiety, depression, and moments of deep crisis such as losing his mother to a brain aneurysm at just age 4, or coming out at age 17 in a small town of just 250 people. This book is more than just a personal reflection; it’s a guide built from experience, filled with lessons, advice & his personal insights, opinions and words of encouragement. Adam shares his story not for recognition, but to help others avoid some of the same pitfalls and to offer tools that might make someone else’s goals and path a little clearer. Also, Adam has decided to donate ten percent of monthly book sales.
In addition to his writing and content creation, Adam has started to run a mental health resource website, where visitors can find helpful information, personal stories, coping strategies, and support tools. His goal is to create a space where no one feels alone in their struggle, a place where empathy, honesty, and hope are always available.
