In the past month, AMRET MFI company has made significant strides in its training and development sector. We have successfully implemented new training modules, which have received positive feedback from the employees. The modules are designed to promote skill development and efficiency. We have also initiated a mentorship program to aid new employees in their transition. However, there are areas that need improvement, particularly in the follow-up process post-training.
