. Dale started and operated an international private school, St. Kitts International Academy , Dale’s passion moved onto yoga in 2013. Dale’s Yoga journey started with an intensive course in Canada and became more serious when she travelled to Rishikesh India in October of 2018 to become certified as a Hatha Yoga teacher. Along this journey, Dale was also introduced to the benefits of sound healing and has completed a number of trainings in this healing modality.
