I am a bilingual International Relations professional with an MBA in International Marketing and advanced training in project management and strategic innovation, committed to contributing to more just and sustainable levels of social welfare through evidence-based policy and institutional strengthening.
My professional background includes extensive work on international security and political affairs, including governance, migration, transnational organized crime, and strategic studies. I have supported analytical, technical, and coordination processes aligned with peacebuilding, security, and rule-of-law frameworks, and have advised national defense and security institutions, strengthening my capacity to operate effectively in complex, politically sensitive, and multi-stakeholder environments.
Project formulation, implementation, and results-based management are central to my profile. I have led and supported projects financed through international cooperation mechanisms, applying logical framework and agile methodologies, monitoring and evaluation tools, and compliance standards consistent with multilateral organizations. This experience spans public administration, institutional reform, corporate governance, social responsibility, and capacity-development initiatives, with a consistent focus on accountability, impact, and sustainability.
