I'm a Project Management and Humanitarian professional with more than 10 years of experience leading and implementing development and emergency response initiatives across North Lebanon. My expertise spans project management, education and vocational training, community development, health, protection, humanitarian response, and stakeholder engagement. I have worked with international and local organizations including Oxfam GB, Save the Children International, Caritas, and projects supported by UNICEF, in collaboration with municipalities and community partners.
Throughout my career, I have successfully managed multi-phase projects involving donor coordination, budget oversight, monitoring and evaluation, staff recruitment, and partner capacity building. I led teams of staff and field workers, managed donor-funded budgets, and ensured timely implementation while maintaining compliance with donor requirements and reporting standards. My work has contributed to expanding access to education and vocational opportunities for vulnerable populations, strengthening community-based protection activities, and improving public health interventions.
Among my notable achievements are consistently exceeding project targets while ensuring a minimum 80% accomplishment rate across indicators, designing monitoring systems and reporting tools that improved data quality and decision-making, implementing vocational training initiatives for youth, streamlining partner coordination and reporting processes during emergency response activities, and strengthening recruitment and operational systems.
