I began my professional career in Food Safety within the Innovation and Development area at PepsiCo in Monterrey, Mexico, specifically working with baked products. There, I built a strong foundation in Food Safety and was fortunate to learn from outstanding mentors. Throughout this stage, I specialized in audits such as AIB and FSSC 22000, and strengthened my expertise in programs including HACCP and FSMA.
Later, my career took a 180-degree turn when I joined KFC México in Mexico City as Quality Manager. In this role, I gained in-depth knowledge of GFSI-recognized schemes through supplier approval audits and expanded my experience across multiple food categories, particularly poultry.
Today, I am motivated by continuous learning and professional growth, while also prioritizing time with my family.
