I am proud to be one of the first computer engineers in Turkey, having graduated from Hacettepe University. Since 1981, I have built a diverse career as an IT expert, project manager, regional manager, and consultant in both the public and private sectors. Most of my experience has been with multinational companies and large-scale international projects, giving me a strong ability to navigate complex challenges and develop creative solutions in fast-paced environments. My extensive knowledge of both public and private sector dynamics allows me to bridge gaps, manage risks, and drive projects to success.
In addition to my consultancy work, I lead an NGO - NORM Training&Consultancy Association - dedicated to empowering young people and women. I also run the Turkish Professional Project Managers’ Institution (TPPMI), a platform focused on advancing project management standards in Turkey. I played a key role in the ‘National Project Manager Occupation Standards’ project, contributing to the definition and publication of national occupational standards and assessment methodologies.
