My current work focuses on climate impacted hydrology, specifically focusing on change assessments and potential impacts using computer modeling simulating different hydrological responses within the Sacramento watershed. I also simulate reservoir operations which are used to inform water management and forecasting decisions for the 17 dams and levies within our district. My research focuses on using big data and analytical techniques to understand the mechanisms which cause latent signaling in climatic data that can help better understand the environmental pressures that watersheds are experiencing.More...
