As an IT consultant I have more than 30 years of experience. Starting as a developer in my early career, I grew into a pc/user/business support role, to finally becoming a manager for mainly struggling application support and project teams, and employees, making them highly performing again.
As a CSR consultant I have worked the past 7 years as a volunteer on mainly environment support activities for a civilian organization.
