In the last twenty years, I’ve been privileged to lead efforts in various roles driving the business IT functions for Enterprises. I have driven the digital transformation practice within organizations and affiliates, including consulting firms, telecom companies, and system integrators. The key focus has been on enterprises that were into Manufacturing, retail, fashion, pharma, FMCG, auto spare parts, and engineering.
I have done transformations through the implementation of new digital retail solutions, COTS, POS, ERP (Primarily SAP and Infor products), and hard work of collaborating with partners and leveraging the tech capability of AI/ML and RPA technologies.
In the last four years I have been in the advisory practices space where I have done interventions that can help companies create value and gain a business edge and a competitive advantage in the market through:
• Transformation of enterprise by application of new technology and agile methods to transform business and IT value propositions to its clients.
• Strategy and assessment of the current state of IT and then advise recommendations, initiatives, and areas for improvement.
• Process optimization by mapping centralized processes as well as supporting the technical and organizational implementation of IT systems.
