Adam Roberts is an accomplished technology and program leader with over 15 years in digital media. In his latest role as Senior Director of Enterprise Program Management at Disney, he led the initiatives to deliver ESPN+ and Disney+ to market. Between the consolidation of key technologies that drove Viacom’s digital media strategy and the transition to an Agile mindset, Viacom gained critical traction in the journey from a traditional media powerhouse to its successful streaming presence today. Prior to his career in Media, Adam was a technology maverick in the Internet startup world—beginning as a software developer, then as Director of Technology for the publisher of a groundbreaking massively-multiplayer online flight combat simulator. From there, he ventured to New Zealand, Australia, and Thailand where he built award-winning web applications and helped to launch one of the first 3G Mobile companies in Southeast Asia. With his proven ability to help organizations large and small effectively deliver, Adam currently provides his expertise to companies in their digital media and Agile journeys.
