Mosese joined Aether Pacific Phamaceutical as Chief Executive in February 2022, bringing very solid experience in operational and financial management, and in sales and marketing in New Zealand, Australia and internationally. Mosese was previously Global Commercial Manager for Westland Milk, responsible for all the dairy company’s commercial activities in Southeast Asia, Europe and the Middle East.
From 2008 to 2019, he held a range of management and executive roles in Sumitomo Corporation. In his final role with the Japan-based conglomerate, Mosese was Global Director – Market Growth, based in New York. He started with Sumitomo as a General Manager Operations in the group’s beverage manufacturing facility in South Canterbury. Mosese’s early career was also in this home locality, where he was a team leader with food processing company McCain Foods New Zealand.
Mosese is a graduate of Massey University’s Executive Master of Business Administration (MBA) programme, and he holds an Australian Institute of Business Post-Graduate Diploma in Management and an Australian Institute of Business Post-Graduate Certificate in Management.
