Currently, I work as an Administrative Technician at ACISO in Ourém, a Business Association, where I contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes, ensuring efficient, agile, and confidential service. At the same time, I am pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Human Relations and Organizational Communication at ESECS – School of Education and Social Sciences of the Polytechnic of Leiria, which has enabled me to deepen my skills in internal communication, team management, and organizational culture.
