I lead marketing for a four-company US language-services group — brand, paid media, organic sourcing, content, and team. Nine years in. Built the current marketing organisation from scratch, with a 10–13 person team across paid, SEO, content, design, and sourcing.
What I actually do:
→ Paid acquisition at scale. Running English-language recruitment campaigns across 60+ countries and 15+ language streams, including rare languages most agencies can't source (Hmong, Marshallese, Navajo, Cape Verde Creole). 48,555 qualified leads in 2025 at a blended Spanish-market CPL of ~$0.21 USD. +120.9% YoY lead growth under a restructured acquisition model.
→ Brand building. Built the Lingtopia Group parent brand from scratch (logo, identity, positioning) and refreshed identity across three operating companies. Prior to this: full brand refresh for Silicon Waha (Egypt's state-backed tech-parks operator), plus marketing delivery for the Ministry of Communications (cybersecurity) and Ministry of Higher Education ("Study in Egypt").
→ Team from zero. Hired, trained, and documented the systems a junior and career-switcher team now runs from. Attribution architecture, ad account consolidation, content and sourcing SOPs — all authored in-house.
→ Revenue attribution. The marketing engine behind Multilingual Interpreters' $5M USD revenue year and Inc. 5000 application in 2025. Earlier in career: 1.7M EGP in client revenue from a 3-month SONOFF campaign, and 2.5M views at 0.1 EGP CPV for Ezz El Arab's social-media show.
I care about the boring parts that make the visible parts work — attribution, SOPs, quality filters, audience construction. The kind of marketing where the campaign looks obvious in hindsight because the underlying system was built properly.
