Kristi is the CEO of 8 Degrees PR and a 25+ year veteran in the sports industry. Her firm has managed athletes' brands from playing career to post-career, with many moving on to national broadcasting roles. Her clients have won Emmy's, Oscars, Walter Payton Man of the Year and NYT Bestselling honors including Emmanuel Acho, Malcolm Jenkins, Andrew Hawkins, Brandon Copeland, Baron Davis and Warrick Dunn among many others.
8 Degrees has also created events and managed PR for their individual businesses, from virtual reality/tech (StatusPRO/NFL PRO ERA), venture capital (BroadStreet Ventures) and production companies to clothing lines, spirits and foundations/charitable work. She advises many startups on branding, marketing and media relations.
Roehm started her career with the Portland Trail Blazers. She's received awards from Women in Sports and Events (WISE), PlayMakeHER and is a founding Steering Committee member for the Sports PR Summit.
