I started my career in IT sales, where I achieved strong results and developed a solid foundation in communication, negotiation, and client relationship management. Later, I transitioned into the real estate agent, where I achieved great results by combining market knowledge with strong interpersonal and sales skills.
Currently, I’m working as a Training Manager(Hospitality), where I’m responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and supporting new hires throughout their journey. I provide guidance, mentorship, and hands-on training to help them grow and succeed in their roles. Im having this job now after I’ve been working in hospitality for many years on the floor as a manger and gained experience which allowed me to grow on my career.
I’m known for being highly attentive to detail, with strong communication skills and the ability to work under pressure while multitasking efficiently. I thrive in dynamic environments and enjoy helping others grow.
