improvement and tailoring and implementing renown project
management methodologies.
- Developed a case for change and performed a current
state assessment to design and set-up and implement a fully-functional project management office (risks and issues management,
planning, governance forums design and facilitation and reporting,
etc.) to deliver a change programme for a major UK Charity in line
with the organization's objectives.
-Supervised the delivery of a key regulatory project for a global bank,
streamlining the existing processes and defining the key project
management artefacts, outlining the scope and requirements to define
a plan and enabling transparency over the progress through regular
reporting on project and executive level and leading effective
meetings.
-Set-up and run a project management function to deliver a large
digital transformation for a UK Energy provider. Managed the day-today delivery of the key projects, ensuring alignment between the
team, the suppliers and the business needs to maintain product
releases. Introduced standardized practices to optimise project
delivery across the organisation.
-Supported the project management as part of the Control Centre
within a big digital transformation project for a Benelux Telco.
