-In charge of recruitment & selection process by partnering with the hiring manager to provide HR perspective of each candidate
-Participate in the corporate performance review and adjust to ensure that every employee in each team get reasonable performance rating and remuneration increment
-Handle day one orientation for new employee onboarding as well as internal transitioning
-Manage all company contractors management including interview, negotiation, onboarding, performance appraisal, and termination management
-Monitor recruitment and contractor situation(weekly/monthly) of APAC region including Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, Philippines, Korea, Japan, and Singapore
-Make sure of alignment in HR policies throughout the APAC region Key Achievement
-Re-instate Business unit workforce dashboard and analyze important data
-Design tracking system for recruitment processes for Thailand, Malaysia, Philippines, Japan, and Korea
-New office seating allocation and negotiation for all support functions of PepsiCo
