- Designing launching process for every year new Back to School strategy and new notebooks line up. • Managing direct relations with marketing VPˋs from our top clients (Tony Papelerias, Lumen, Office Depot, Office Max, Walmart Coppel, Liverpool, Palacio de Hierro, among others) • Managing a 10 people team, 6 designers and 4 implementing campaigns (ATL, BTL, Digital and Retail) • Achievements in this position were:
- Reaching 25% gap between the second brand in Mexico, Colombia and Central America, keeping Scribe Brand as #1 in BAS (brand awareness) and MSPA (most single prefered answer) between 2009 - 2012.
- Regarding to sales we managed to sell in Mexico over 100 million notebooks on 2009, reaching at the end of 2009, 52% Market Share.
- New paper office line re-design and launched as a consumer goods product, re-inventing the way of selling a paper brand and getting this new line under Scribe Brand umbrella.
- After the merge of Latin American (Colombia and central America) brand with Mexican offices, I was in charge of unifying the brand under the same corporate image in every country.
- We made half billion USD by 2009, and by the end of 2011 our net sales were above 600 million. •2009 BTS (back to School) campaign awarded with an EFFIE, Circulo Creativo and Pantalla de Cristal Award
