-Manage financial aspects, including budgeting, pricing strategies, sales tracking, and profit optimization.
-Resolve staff conflicts and address customer complaints to ensure a smooth and positive environment.
-Under my supervision, all staff delivered excellent customer service, as reflected in a survey conducted by senior high students among the Britech College students.
-Coordinate with school administration to meet operational protocols.
