Weekly active users hit 2.3 unique views, proving the commercial viability of the product. Developed a culture of data-driven decision-making by introducing analytic insight into editorial, product and commercial conversations. Led the definition of feature hypothesis, KPI and measurement aim to prove MVP validity and designed A/B testing experiments. Led all commercial and contractual negotiations with partners and 3rd party providers including MSA, SLA, NDAs, and Info Sec compliance. Over a dozen agreements negotiated of values >£500k.
