- Responsible to develop a Multi-platform Music Strategy for Oi Telecom, covering distribution and content strategy for Mobile, Web, TV and FM. - Responsible for creating new business models and for strategic partnerships with Global Players. - Leader of Content and Licensing partnerships with Record Labels, Publishers, Content Providers and Mobile Services Providers. - Manager of partnerships on the Mobile Content business, including Music and Video Streaming, Ringbacktone platform, Downloads of Games, Ringtones, Wallpapers, Apps, Full tracks; as also SMS content in a White Label model, or through third part Content portals like Gameloft, EA Sports, Buongiorno, Dada Net, TJNET, Fly Cell, Jamba, Fox Mobile, and others. - Responsible for the Mobile Marketing business strategy. I launched Oi Rdio Music app, a co-branded music streaming service, released in November of 2011, through a Co-branded Partnership agreement between Oi and Rdio, the American Music Service from Skype’s founders. - Oi Música Record Label
Founded and created the Oi Música Record Label, the first record label from a Telecom company in the World, which was part of the Multi-Platform Music strategy that I developed for Oi. The goal was to increase the margins, and to have more independence and flexibility to test new business models on digital. - Oi Novo Som
Founded and created the multi-platform project Oi Novo Som, a user generated content initiative, similar to MySpace, providing access for independent artists to promote and distribute their songs in all the different media channels of the Telco, from Oi FM Stations, Oi TV Channel, Mobile Devices, Web Portal, as also Music Festivals sponsored by Oi.
