* Restructured each subsidiary: staff and working methods while preserving local cultures.
* Renewed the Group image on the market, with particular focus on transparency, product quality, technical knowledge and high-standard customer service.
* Redefined and implemented new marketing strategies and policies.
* Developed and implemented a new, unified, financial control system.
* Formed a technical team to bring together and make available technical know-how through the organization and to customers. Achievements:
