Managed the HR governance of the GDM domain at SAP as well as the day-to-day operational data delivery commitments of the GDM "hire2retire" employee cycle. This role evolved over the course of the years and ultimately resulted in leading the organization of 200+ data management consultants and associates, based in 5 main locations (Prague, Singapore, Philadelphia, Manila, and Walldorf). Thru stringent implementation of location strategy (3 years of gradual transformation), I was able to help to deliver significant cost savings. Led the digital transformation in SAP in the area of people processes. Simultaneously ran projects leading to further centralization and simplification of the "hire2retire" process. Sponsored adoption of mobile technology and digital apps enabled self-service for employees and managers and paperless back-office for HR DM&operations. Pushed RPA-based and API-interfaced digital services roll-out.

This journey can be compared to building and developing a startup and multiplying its population and operational reach ten-times in 8 years. Built a world-class organization while trailblazing digital HR services to its employees, with a culturally diverse workforce of 68 nationalities and 74 % women in leadership positions. Launched " Autism at Work" program offering self-actualization to neurodiverse colleagues at SAP Services. Invested in learning, people development, and management/leadership development programs. Managed all aspects of a B2B brand reflected in the HR agenda. Rolling out an Employer branding program that significantly helped to attract young talents. Supervised the move of the location of the company and rebranded the SAP BSCE to SAP Services. Moved people of 3 different sister companies and 5 different locations to 1 newly built and by employees co-designed office in Prague.
