• I effectively manage projects related to CRM activities, creating action plans, unlocking process improvements, and prioritising demands to execute campaign rollouts. I ensure that projects are delivered within timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• I regularly report on the performance of CRM programmes, providing insights on their financial and business impact. These reports enable informed decision-making, help identify areas for improvement, and highlight the value generated from customer marketing efforts.
• I manage a small team of 3, supporting their development and creating a collaborative working environment.
