• Diary management and auctioning of emails where applicable on behalf of Regional HR Director • Travel – visa applications, flights, accommodation, forex, transfers etc.
• Liaise with counterparts and Directors on program for Regional HR Director when visiting countries as required
• Monthly HR Reporting - Coordinating submissions from the Africa region and compilation of the consolidated HR report
• Monthly KPI Reporting – updating statistics for Regional Africa office and submission of data to Group.
• Scheduling of reoccurring meetings/reviews for the Regional HR Director and Regional HR Team for the calendar year and ad hoc as required
• Updating and Maintaining the Personal Filing System for the Africa Regional Office employees as well as the Direct Reports of the Africa Regional President
• Part of Organizing Committee for the Annual Africa Regional Conference
• Organizing of Annual Regional HR Forum and assisting delegates with visa, accommodation, flight and other requirements.
• Updating and Maintaining the Whistle-blowing Register and Building Investigation Files as required
• Monthly updates of Africa Regional Office Structures
• Do and process Exit Handover for employees leaving the company
• Arrange biometrics and other start-up activities for new employees in Regional HR department and elsewhere as required.
• Arranging Birthday vouchers and cards for various events of employees
• Action Stationery requirements of HR Team
• Assisting Regional HR Director on personal matters where required
• Assist with Work Permit applications of Expats
• Scheduling interview discussions as required
• Expense Claims and Credit Card reconciliation
• Arrange catering for meetings
• Ad hoc duties and general office administration
